OUR STRATEGIC PLAN
Resonant Vibe is focused on stabilizing our organization, building capacity, and creating meaningful connections that empower youth and families. Our strategic plan unfolds in three phases over the next year, aligning resources and efforts to ensure sustainable growth.
PHASE ONE: STABLIZE & BUILD AWAREENSS - $150,000
June 2025 – July 2026: Focused on strengthening organizational capacity, clarifying our mission, and raising community awareness. Highlights include launching fundraising campaigns, hosting family gatherings, building our website, and preparing operational systems.
PHASE TWO: LAUNCH YOUTH MENTORING PROGRAMS - $175,000
August 2026 – December 2026: Dedicated to providing high-quality, relationship-based mentoring. Key actions include recruiting and training mentors, matching youth participants, and developing sponsored mentoring activities.
Phase THREE: EXPAND FAMILY & COMMUNITY SUPPORT (Fully Operational) - $200,000
January 2027 – Ongoing: Focused on robust family support and community initiatives. We will host community events and workshops, partner with local organizations, identify unmet family needs, and scale programs and fundraising to sustain growth.
Through this phased approach, corporate partners can see clear opportunities to support youth mentoring, strengthen families, and make a lasting impact in our community.
