YOUTH MENTORING PROGRAM 

RESILIENCE. INSPIRATION. SUPPORT. EMPOWERMENT.

Through the RISE youth mentoring program, we connect youth with caring adult mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and consistency - helping each young person discover their unique voice and navigate life with confidence.

 

Through our community-based mentoring model, we match youth ages 6-18 with mentors who meet with them twice a month for at least an hour to explore shared interests and work toward personal, academic, and emotional goals.​

Child Eligibility: 

  • Aged 6-18

  • Have a desire to meet with a mentor regularly

  • Live in Elkhart or St. Joseph County, Indiana
