R.I.S.E.
YOUTH MENTORING PROGRAM 

RESILLIENCE. INSPIRATION. SUPPORT. EMPOWERMENT.

Through the RISE youth mentoring program, we connect youth with caring adult mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and consistency - helping each young person discover their unique voice and navigate life with confidence.

 

Through our community-based mentoring model, we match youth ages 6-18 with mentors who meet with them twice a month for at least an hour to explore shared interests and work toward personal, academic, and emotional goals.

Our programming is grounded in:

  • Connection – building strong, consistent relationships between mentors and mentees
     

  • Creativity – using art, music, storytelling, and self-expression to foster identity and healing
     

  • Empowerment – helping youth develop the skills and self-belief to pursue their dreams
     

Whether it's creating art, learning to DJ, or simply sharing a meal and talking through life’s challenges, this experience is about showing up, listening deeply, and growing together.

Child Eligibility: 

  • Aged 6-18

  • Have a desire to meet with a mentor regularly

  • Live in Elkhart or St. Joseph County, Indiana
