Phase One: Stabilize & Build Awareness
Goal: $150,000

Timeline: June 2025 – July 2026
Focus: Fundraising, clarifying mission and vision, and raising awareness.

Corporate Gifts secured during this phase will be allocated to the following key objectives:

  • Strengthening organizational capacity by defining core programs and staffing

  • Increasing community awareness through marketing, outreach, and fundraising campaigns

  • Engaging our mentors and families who are on the waiting list

  • Securing financial resources for sustainability and supporting youth mentoring program launch in August 2026 

Phase 1 Highlights:

  • Launch fundraising campaigns and community outreach initiatives

  • Host special gatherings for families

  • Build and host the Resonant Vibe website

  • Prepare operational systems

Phase Two: Launch Mentoring Programs
Goal: $175,000

Timeline: August 2026 – December 2026
Focus: Provide high-quality, relationship-based mentoring for youth.

Key Objectives:

  • Recruit and train mentors.

  • Match youth participants with trained mentors.

  • Develop sponsored mentoring activities.

  • Continue fundraising to support program expansion.

Phase 2 Highlights:

  • Implement mentorship program and monitor impact.

  • Track participation, engagement, and outcomes to refine program structure.

  • Begin measuring program-specific expenses and resource allocation.

Phase Three: Expand Family & Community Support 
Fully Operational
Goal: $200,000

Timeline: January 2027 – Ongoing
Focus: Offer robust family support and community-driven initiatives.

Key Objectives:​​

  • Host community events and workshops to strengthen family engagement.

  • Build partnerships with local organizations for holistic family support.

  • Identify needs of families that are not being met by partnering organizations.

  • Develop and launch programs that support families.

  • Scale fundraising and operational capacity to sustain growth.

Phase 3 Highlights:

  • Full program rollout including family support services.

  • Expand community engagement and support initiatives.

  • Continue iterative improvement of programs based on data and feedback.
