Karin's Why

Karin's "why" is simple: helping people grow into their fullest potential so they can experience more joy, fulfillment, and purpose. It's something she strives to live out every day, in both her work and her life, and it's what drew her to Resonant Vibe the moment she learned about the mission.

Karin's career has centered on empowering youth, families, and communities, but one of the most meaningful experiences of her life has been mentoring through Big Brothers Big Sisters. She has been matched with her "Little" since 2016, and watching her grow into an independent young woman has been a profound reminder of what consistent, caring presence can do. As her Little has needed her less, Karin has felt a deepening pull to re-engage with community impact in a bigger way.

 

When the board opportunity with Resonant Vibe came across her path, it felt less like a decision and more like a natural next step. Karin brings experience in program development, relationship-building, and community connection, along with deep roots in St. Joseph County and a genuine love for bringing people together and helping ideas come to life. More than anything, she's here because the work matters, and she's honored to help carry it forward.
