ADRIAN'S WHY

"I was a member of the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters and I know the impact that mentorship can have on the life of a young person. I want to help Resonant Vibe build its mentorship program since Big Brothers Big Sisters is no longer available. I am also very passionate about helping Resonant Vibe build its relationship with the juvenile justice system because there is evidence that mentorship can help deter kids from risky behavior. I am excited about the parent advocacy programming because I believe it will help strengthen families. I want to see systems change, specifically in Elkhart County, and I think Resonant Vibe will be a big part of that."
